Return & Exchange Policy
At Pjjimikkikammal.in, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or missing product, we have a simple return and exchange policy in place.
Returns
Returns are applicable only in the case of damaged or missing products. If you have received a damaged or missing product, please write to us at official.pjjimikkikammal@gmail.com with your order ID, supported images, and an unboxing video.
To initiate a return or credit, we require a full unboxing video with no cuts or edits of the package opening. The video should clearly showcase the defect from the opening of the mailing envelope to the product. If the video contains any edits or cuts, we will not initiate a refund or credit for the order.
Once the return is accepted, we will initiate a refund in the form of store credits within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for products at the moment. If you have received a damaged or missing product, please follow the returns process mentioned above.
Shipping Policy
We deliver to any postal address across India. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders, please provide a complete street address with the correct pin code/zip code. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
Please note that shipments to schools, colleges, or hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the package is not accepted by the warden or is refused for any reason, we will not issue a refund or credit to the customer's account. If you require a special or preferred delivery date, please mention it in the gift message box when placing your order.
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, some courier companies may charge a penalty. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties and fees, not Pjjimikkikammal.in. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be responsible and will not initiate any refund.
Dispatch time mentioned on our website is indicative and approximate. Sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement, or exchange will be entertained for this reason. In normal circumstances, the dispatch time will be 1 to 5 days, and shipping will be done within 7 to 10 days after dispatching the order.
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on the pin code of the area. Some pin codes may take longer than usual.
